Perimenopause tracker

Perimenopause is
confusing.
Getting help shouldn't be.

You deserve answers, not guesswork. Fine. captures what's changing across your symptoms, meds, mental health and cycle so you can walk into your next appointment ready to be heard.

Built by a woman who spent years figuring this out the hard way. Read her story β†’

Without FINE!

β€œI think things are worse? But only sometimes. I feel fine right now. I'm not sure when it started. Maybe the new meds?”

With FINE!

β€œMy brain fog spiked 4 days after the dose change, and hasn't improved since. Here's the report. Can we adjust?”

You know something's wrong. But every appointment feels like starting from scratch. You can't remember when it started, what changed, or which medication made it worse.

So you leave with another β€œlet's wait and see.” Another referral that takes months. Another prescription that may or may not help.

And nobody mentions that perimenopause doesn't just bring new symptoms. It unravels things you were managing fine for years. Focus. Anxiety. Mood. Suddenly everything shifts at once, and no one can tell you which thing is causing which.

The problem isn't your doctor. It's that nobody gave you the tools to help your doctor help you.

This is what prepared looks like

Capture what's changing

Capture what's changing

60-second daily check-ins across symptoms, meds, cycle, and mood. Built for busy brains that can't keep track anymore.

See what's connected

See what's connected

Identify emerging patterns across everything you're managing. The overlaps are where the answers hide.

Walk in prepared

Walk in prepared

One-page report that takes your clinician conversations from "what's happening" to "what do we do about it". Better conversations. Better care.

Built for women who have
few f*cks left to give.

You're tired of leaving appointments feeling dismissed, without real answers, or like you're supposed to be coming in with the solution.

You don't feel like yourself, but you're not sure why - perimenopause, ADHD, thyroid, stress... something else? Or all of the above.

You've been told to track your symptoms, but struggle to make it happen. Which symptoms even matter?

You're getting treatment, but struggle to answer the question "Is it working?". How are you supposed to know?

Tamara Schebel, Founder of Fine.

β€œI spent years not understanding why everything suddenly felt so hard, before anyone connected the dots. I built Fine. so you don't have to.”

Questions you're probably thinking

Will Fine. diagnose me?

+

Nope. Fine. is a tracking tool, not a diagnostic or treatment tool. It helps you capture what's happening so you can share clear data with your doctor. We don't give medical advice or tell you what meds to take.

Will Fine. provide treatment?

+

Nope. Fine. is a tracking tool, not a diagnostic or treatment tool. It helps you capture what's happening so you can share clear data with your doctor. We don't give medical advice or tell you what meds to take.

What does it actually track?

+

Symptoms (across 20 categories that span perimenopause, mental health, cognition, physical health, and more), medications, your cycle, sleep, energy, and mood. You check in on a small subset of these daily, in under 60 seconds. Over time, it surfaces patterns and generates a one-page clinician report you can bring to your doctor.

I already forget to use apps. What makes this different?

+

We built this for brains that can no longer stay on top of tracking. Check-ins are under 60 seconds, there's no guilt when you miss a day, and we send gentle reminders to keep you on track. Designed for the brain you have right now, not the one you used to rely on.

Is my data private?

+

Yes. Your health data stays yours. We don't sell it, share it with advertisers (or anyone else), or use it for anything other than helping you.

What about Android?

+

We're working on it. We started with the iPhone because that's what we had access to, but we're committed to making this available on all platforms. Stay tuned!

What if it doesn't work for me?

+

Try it out for free for 30 days. That's long enough to collect a month of data - enough to generate your first clinician report and make sure it's useful for you. If it's not for you, no problem. Just cancel. But also, we'd love it if you'd let us know what's not working so we can make it better πŸ™πŸ»

I ran into an issue with the app, how do I get help?

+

Email us at support@wewillbefine.app and we'll help you out. Or use the Support link or Feedback form in the app under Settings.

I changed my mind, how do I cancel?

+

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your iPhone by going to Settings > Subscriptions. Billing is handled by Apple. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

WE WILL BE
FINE!

Because we're going to make ourselves fine.
